1 Data recovery process requires a non-refundable evaluation fee of $50.  This includes testing and evaluation to verify whether or not data can be recovered.  It cannot be used towards the recovery process fees.  The evaluation period might take 3 working days. 

1 After evaluation, we will contact and inform you of how long it will  take to recover your data and cost.  Most recoveries take 2-4 days.  Hard drives must be picked up within 2 weeks from contact date or hard drives will be discarded.   

2 All items opened (cases, laptops, workstations, etc) may void a manufactures warranties.  A hard drives tested may avoid manufactures warranties. 

3 All data obtained will be transferred onto CD, DVD, or other hard drive.  Additional charges apply for these items.  CD’s are $15 per 650 MB. DVD’s are $25 per 4.5 gigs. You may supply your own Hard Drive but not CD’s/DVDs as above and quantity is included in their pricing. 

4 Storage fees of $45 per week apply after initial 2 weeks of storage. 

5 Hard drives will be returned on y upon request. 

6 Return shipping will  be charged to the customer’s credit card upon Shipment.
